Recipe Idea: Grilled Watermelon Salad

1 seedless watermelon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 tsp. lime zest
.13 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup crumbled feta
1 cucumber

Cut seedless watermelon into 4 (6-inch-long, 1-inch-thick) slices. Brush 1 side with oil and grill over high heat, undisturbed, until seared, about 4 minutes.
Mix olive oil, lime juice, finely grated lime zest, and salt. Toss sliced cucumber in dressing; serve on grilled watermelon with crumbled Feta.
