As a college freshman at Georgetown University, Michelle Konkoly had a five story fall which caused injuries. She was into swimming then, and she still is a swimmer now. She became the captain of the Georgetown University swim team. She wants to eventually attend medical school. She is aiming to compete at the Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro next year in 2016.
